Dear Zack,
Man I am proud of you. As a mother I have always been proud of the things you achieved. Like crawling, walking etc. BUT the amount of pride I feel for you now is just amazing. I didn't know it could be this strong. I gather it can only get more and more with things you achieve.
You just love your siblings. I love watching you with them. They all just adore you. I wish you were nicer to Ashton. He loves you do much asks and tells you things all the time and so often you ignore him, it hurts me. You adore Mahli and Koen. Mahli talks about you all the time. You love to talk to Koen and make him laugh and smile at you. You entertain him while I try to dress him so he doesn't scream. You say you don't like Ashton but its obviously you do. At times you just want him to play with you. You both laugh so much when you play together.
You are going so well at school. You go every morning without any hassle. You go off and play with Jet, Maxx and Sam happily. Already you let go of my hand as soon as we walk in the gate at school and no more kisses goodbye most mornings. I was hoping that didn't happen for a few more years yet :( . You will always be my little boy. You are going so well with your reading. You are learning your sight words and although frustrating for me and you as one minute you know them and next you don't. I know we will get there and that will help your reading even more.
On Friday I went and watched you complete in the cross country. The pride I felt was amazing. For Kinder it wasn't a competition but I was very surprised how well you went. You started in the back lot 3 or so meters behind ALOT of people and you came in 8th I think it was. You must have over taken so many people. When you finished you gave me a big hug. Oh I love you so much.
The tablet Manly nan and pop gave you is still your favourite thing by far. Dad gets so cranky because you are on it ALL the time. It is very hard to get it off you. Many tanties are caused by it as I make you get off it to eat tea, go somewhere etc. Pop is still the most amazing person to you. Followed by nan. You still say you hate Eel nan and pop. Have said a few times yes you will go to Tamworth with them but not because you like the but because you want Macca's or 83 restaurant. You have learnt very quickly. WHile I am not proud of that I totally understand. Sarah and Kailee do the same.
You love playing soccer every Sat. You still don't really get in there and do lots but you are much more confident this year. The fact you love it is all that matters.
Zack you are a beautiful, smart, intelligent, caring little boy. I love you so much. So much no words would show you how much. Never change for anyone. You are perfect the way you are.
